Alice Winterbauer

Alice C. Winterbauer, age 102, of Fancy Prairie, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015 at Sunny Acres Nursing Home in Petersburg.
She is survived by three sons; Jim “Pat†(Wyvonne) Thompson of Fancy Prairie,
Edward (Nancy) Winterbauer of Warren, NJ, and Albert (Kay) Winterbauer of Chesterfield, MO; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; ten great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Alice was preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters.
Alice was born December 22, 1912 in Logan County, Illinois the daughter of John and Margaret Grennan McCue.
She worked for the State of Illinois for numerous years.
Alice was a member of the Elkhart American Legion Auxilliary and St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Sherman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 from 9:00 until time of funeral mass at 10:00 AM at St. John Vianney in Sherman.
Burial will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Lincoln, IL.
Rev. Fr. George Nellikunnel and Deacon Dave Sorrell will be officiating
Memorials can be made to the St. John Vianney Church or Wounded Warrior Program
