Barbara Beard

Barbara Beard, age 77, of Havana, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017 at her residence.

She survived by two daughters, Debbie Wyatt and Darlene; grandsons, Christopher, Timothy, Lee, Ryan, Bobby, Brandon, Aaron, Stephen, Evan, and Adam; two brothers, Charles and Dave (Pat) Beard; one sister, Teresa; three great-grandsons, Harrison, Zachary, and Robert; and one great-granddaughter, Ashleigh.

Barbara is preceded in death by a sister, Shirley.

She was born on February 20, 1940 in Springfield, Illinois, the daughter of Oval and Lorene Perry Beard.

Barbara worked for Humana, Doctor’s Hospital, and St. John’s Hospital as an Operating Room Tech.  She was a school bus driver and dispatcher for Laidlaw in Springfield.  She also worked for SPARC in Springfield.

She truly loved animals and gardening.

Cremation rites will be accorded.
