Beverly Hall

Beverly Hall, age 82, of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Lewis Memorial Christian Village in Springfield, Illinois.

She was born January 23, 1940 in Eldorado, Illinois the daughter of Jessie and Maggie Loss Hall.

Mourning her passing are her nieces and nephews, Nancy (Don) Stauffer; Bruce (Diane) Hall; Patty (Tom) Baker; and brother, Melvin Hall.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one sister; and three brothers.

Beverly graduated from Lincoln Christian College with a Master’s Degree.

She worked for and retired from the State of Illinois Public Aid.

Beverly was a member of TOPS and Athens Christian Church where she taught Sunday School classes and was involved with youth groups and tutoring.

She loved gardening, flowers, bird watching, and especially family.

Visitation for Beverly will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 10:00 AM  until time of funeral services at 11:00 AM at the Athens Christian Church.  Burial will be held at Brittin Cemetery near Cantrall immediately following the services.
