Carolyn Jo Kern

Carolyn Jo Kern, age 55, of Springfield died April 15, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.

Carolyn is survived by two sisters; Karen Squires and Sharon (Jerry) Judd, nieces, nephew, great nieces and great-nephews as well as one very special Aunt Marilyn Tobias. At the time of Carolyn’s death, she was living at a UCP Home with many loving care givers.

Carolyn was born March 13, 1960 the daughter of John and Joyce (Cantrall) Kern. They preceded her in death in 2013.

Carolyn had a passion for working with beads. Carolyn always had a big smile on her face and made everyone she was in contact with happy.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 10 am at Joel Hall Cemetery in Athens, Illinois.

Rev. Ken Gennicks will be officiating.
