Connor, Frances Ann
d. October 15, 2012
Frances Ann Connor, age 85, of Sherman, formerly of Beardstown, passed away on Monday October 15, 2012 at Villa Healthcare East in Sherman.
She is survived by her children, Diane (husband Joe) Evans of Springfield, Kenny (wife Cheryl) Lomprez of Riverton, Tami (husband Mark) Schlueter of Athens, Gary (wife Janet) Connor of Petersburg, Mary (husband Jim) Benson, Ron (wife Michelle) Connor, Sandy (husband Tom) Lemon, Dan (wife Paula) Connor; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Gary Lomprez; a sister, Betty Schott; and her husband, Robert Connor.
She retired from Dollar General in Beardstown.
Visitation will be held at Mott & Henning Funeral Home on Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 10:00 until time of funeral service there at 11:00 AM. .
Burial will be held at Joe Brunk Cemetery in Springfield.
Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

I knew Fran when she lived in the tiny apartment next to Meyer’s Superette. I ate many suppers at the Connor’s household and was always made to feel welcomed. I went to my first weenie roast at Fran’s house. I will always remember Fran’s laugh which she did often. My family and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy .tt

Some of my best childhood memories include Frances, thank you for those. Fran and all of the family are in my heart and prayers.

I loved Fran. I worked with her at SavU in Beardstown years ago. She was always laughing and a joy to be around. I have thought of her over the years. My sympathy to her family.

Tami and family, So sorry to hear about your mom. She was a very nice lady and I remember some good nights in high school being at your house with your mom. Treasure your memories and she will always be in your heart. She will be missed. We love you all and are here for you always. Love The Logsdons
