Norman Stanley Doty, Sr., of Williamsville, died on March 12, 2010 at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Doty was born on March 26, 1934, in Williamsville, IL the son of Nathan Stanley and Mabel Husted Doty.

Mr. Doty belonged to the Riverton Lavely Lodge #786, KYCH, Eastern Star & Flower City Chapter. He was a life-time member of the Williamsville United Methodist Church, and member of the Riverton Comandry.
Norman was a Village Officer for several years in Williamsville and was on the Williamsville Fire Department.
Mr. Doty served in the U.S. Army in Germany from 1956 until 1958 and later served in the Army Reserves for a total of 15 years. He was a Eleven Plus Gallon Blood Donor member.

Mr. Doty worked for Fiat Allis for 37 years and was a bus driver for the Williamsville School District for 15 years.

Memorial Services held Saturday at Williamsville United Methodist Church
with visitation starting at 9:30 until 10:30 with a Masonic Service being held at 10:15 AM. and the Memorial Service will start at10:30 AM .
Rev. Dick Piscatelli will officiate.
Burial will be held at Walnut Hill Cemetery

Memorials can be made to the Williamsville United Methodist Church, the Williamsville Fire Department, or the Williamsville Library.
