Leah Dunk, age 83, of Sherman, formerly of Cantrall, died July 16, 2008 at the Villa Health Care East in Sherman, IL.

Survived by: Two Sons : Rick ( Karen ) Dunk of Cantrall Steve Dunk of Claremont

Two Daughters : Lesa (Jim) Meiron of Florida

Donna ( John) Monical of Cantrall

Five Grandchildren

Two Neices Two Nephews

Several Cousins

She was born August 10, 1924 in Shumway, Illinois, the daughter of Harve and Anna Hoeffllinger Dunteman.

She married Donovan Dunk in 1946. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1987 and by her brother Dale in 2008.

Mrs. Dunk was retired from the Illinois Department of Public Health.

She was a member of the Athens Methodist Church. Mrs. Dunk was a life long member of the Illinois Arabian Horse Show Association.

Graveside services will be held at Fancy Creek Cemetery near Sherman at 11:00 a.m. on July 21, 2008.
