Elisabeth Clemens, 49, of Bushnell, passed away on March 15, 2017 at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She is survived by her parents, Bob and Phyllis Clemens of Springfield; two sisters, Janelle Clemens of Springfield, Julie (Kevin) Thorp of New River, AZ; one brother, Phil (Kim) Clemens of Bloomington, IL and several nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017.
Memorials can be made to Mosaic Homes, 220 N. Lafayette St., Macomb, IL 61455-2206.
