  11. To Michael, Matt, and Mark:

I am deeply saddened at the loss of your father and my friend. As you know, we spent a lot of time together with the Riffle Team and in the Guard. Hard work, good times and a lot of fond memories. Of the many things that Frank liked to talk about over the years, his sons and their families were always at the top of the list. He was a proud father and grandfather. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
