Kenneth E. Gates Jr. age 28, of Athens passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at his residence.

Constance Gates of Athens
Sister : Deanna (Mike) Fowler of Athens
Brother : Bryan (Joelle) Knoles of Springfield
Several Nieces & Nephews
Kenneth was born December 18, 1981 in Springfield, the son of Kenneth & Constance Taylor Gates.
He graduated from Williamsville High School in 2000.
Kenneth attended Athens Christian Church.
He was a welder by trade.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010 from 2:00 PM until time of funeral service at 4:00 PM.
Rev. Ken Gennicks will officiate.
Memorials can be given to the “Kenneth Gates, Jr. Memorial Fund”.

Connie and family, We are so sorry to hear about Kenny’s passing. He was a good friend and the memories we have of him will be held in our hearts forever. Kenny will be missed by us and so many others!

I am so sorry to hear about Kenny, I know all too well the pain you feel when a loved one is taken away. My heart aches for you and for your family. Please lean on friends when you can, family and friends are the only thing (along with God), that will get you through this terrible tragedy. You have my number, use it any time, I truly mean that!
