Mr. Hoelscher was born April 14, 1940 in Washington, MO, the son of Edward Herman Franz and Lillian Alma Koelling Hoelscher.

He is preceded in death by his parents and seven brothers and one son.

Mr. Hoelscher was employed at Memorial Medical Center for four years.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 26 at Mott & Henning funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00P.M. Visitation will also be held one hour before service on Thursday starting at 12:00 PM at Mott & Henning Funeral Home until time of service at 1:00 P.M. Rev. Brian Hodge officiating
