Condolences

  1. Juanita was more than just a sister in law, she was more like a sister. We had so many things we did together, like going to the Covered Bridge Festival, craft shows , Arthur , Senior citizens celebrations, Sangamon County Home Extension, plus my Red Hat sister in the Y-Not Red Hat Society. We shared crochet patterns as well as food recipes. She was my confident a true friend. I will miss her terribly along with her cute words after saying a sentence, “and that”. Not poking fun at her but just always knew she would say and that. Love her so much,.Rest my sister in the arms of your loving God & husband that you wanted to be with.

  2. Rodney: Please accept or most sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. We pray the great memories of her will provide comfort and strength to her family and friends during these dark days.

  3. Rodney and family,

We are so sorry for the loss of your mom. Prayers for strength and comfort…Take care.

  4. Rod and Brenda, your mother will be greatly missed at Elm Street. She was a sweetheart, a dedicated worker, and a good friend. She did so much for others, especially with her crocheting and crafts, but always without fanfare. You were blessed with a wonderful mother, and now she is reunited with your dad, whom she missed so much. Treasure your memories.

  5. Rodney: Praying for strength and comfort for you and your family during this difficult time. Your mother was a beautiful person and I am blessed to know her for a short time. She is free of pain and reunited with the love of her life.

  6. To Pia and the family
My sincere condolences on the passing of your mother-in-law, May her wonderful earthly life continue with untold happiness of eternity. My prayers are with you.

  7. To Pia and the family,

My sincere condolences on the passing of your mother-in-law. May her wonderful earthly life continue with untold Eternal happiness. My prayers are with you.

  8. Hi to Juanita’s family, you have my sympathy. You don’t know me but I am the sister of Lucy Hopper that’s playing for your mom’s funeral at Elm Street Church. I got to know Juanita through the church. As a missionary to Kenya she blessed me with so many crocheted hats and scarves that were sent to the poor in Kenya. When she heard how cold it could get in Kenya when we think of it as being a very hot place she knew she could help. She had such a heart to give and bless them that she made hundreds of hats over the last several years and about 50 scarves this year and we sent those over to people in need. Your mom had such a heart of giving and a spirit like Jesus to serve the poor and the needy the widows and the orphans. I know she’s sitting at his right hand. I know she no longer is in pain or need. And I know that for those that know Jesus we will meet her one day in glory. May your hearts be at peace knowing those truths.
