Marquita Davis, age 77 of Springfield, IL, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2014 in Highland, IL.
She is survived by three sons, Rick Davis, Gary (Kelly) Davis, Kevin (Dena) Davis; one brother Larry McKee; one sister Jodi Buoy; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Marquita was preceded in death by her parents.
She was born July 12, 1937 in Greenview, IL, the daughter of Harold Lova and Emalene (Jones) McKee.
She was an active member of West Side Christian Church.
Visitation will be held from 6-7:30 PM, Saturday, July 19, 2014, at Mott and Henning Funeral Home in Athens, IL with funeral services to follow at 7:30.
Rev. Gary Winkleman will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the National Foundation of Ectodermal Dysplasias, 6 Executive Drive, Suite 2, Fairview Heights, IL, 62208, in honor of her grandson, or the Inner City Mission, P.O. Box 8148, Springfield, IL, 62791.

Remembering Marquita with fond memories. A great example of a Christian woman, sister and friend. My sympathy to each family member. Sorry we cannot attend the services. Charlotte and Lawrence Wohler
