Mary Deckard

Mary Deckard, age 87, of Sherman, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016 at Villa Health Care East in Sherman.
She is survived by her son, Bob Deckard of Springfield; two grandchildren, Aaron (wife Holly) Deckard of Springfield and Devin (husband Ty) Bennett of Michigan; and five great-grandchildren, Nola, Blaise, Allana, Kendal, and Addison.
Mary is preceded in death by one great-granddaughter, Tilly Jo; three brothers, Richard, William, and Robert; six sisters, Florence, Pat, Evelyn, Geraldine, Dolores, and Marilyn.
Mary was born September 3, 1929 in Mason City, Illinois, the daughter of Howard and Mary Young.
She was an avid bowler.
Graveside services will be held at Elmwood Cemetery in Greenview on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Casual attire is requested.
