Morgan Lee Primm, age 30, of Athens, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017.

He was born on April 11, 1987 in Springfield, Illinois, the son of Mike and Kayla (Krone) Primm.

Morgan is survived by a wife, Darci; children, Marshall and Daniel; brothers, Shawn (wife Angela), Casey, and Nate Primm; sister, Keri (husband Trevor) Orme; parents, Mike Primm and Kayla Primm; grandparents, Eunie Krone and David and Betty Primm; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Clarence Krone.

Morgan worked for Altorfer for several years before founding his own business, Midwest Diesel and Auto at Primrose Farm in Athens. He and his brother recently took over operation of the family farm.

Morgan was active in the Illinois and National truck pulling circuits both as a competitor and as an organizer.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 from 4:00 until 7:00 PM at Mott & Henning Funeral Home in Athens. Private funeral services will be held and a celebration of life is planned for a later date.

Burial will be held at Indian Point Cemetery near Athens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Athens State Bank for an education fund for his boys.
