Betty J. Pierceall age 66, of Athens, IL passed away on January 14, 2010 at Capitol Care Center in Springfield.

Survived by Two Brothers : Herbert (Martha) Pierceall of Springfield

Charles “Butch”(Linda) Pierceall of Athens

Three Sisters – Rose “Sis” Christensen of Bushnell Linda ( Delbert) Weidhuner of Athens

Sharon (Butch) Mester of Athens

Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Nephews & Great-Great Nieces & Nephews

Betty was born June 3, 1943 in Springfield the daughter of Marshall & Alta “Topsy” Bushong Pierceall.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Mary Lynn and two nieces.

Betty graduated from Athens High School in 1961.

Betty enjoyed babysitting for the local children and her family.She worked as a clerk for the Secretary of State for twenty three years.

Cremation rites were accorded. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Memorials can be made to American Diabetes Association or the American Kidney Foundation.
